Hola soy un chico trabajador vine a Valencia por trabajo y encontré esta página de habitaciones en alquiler. Aquí conocí y Hugo y Enzo quienes me facilitaron las cosas para encontré un piso compartido
Piso moderno habitaciones limpias y acogedoras yo por mi parte estuve muy cómodo en el piso de maestro valls. Muchos gracias chicos por su ayuda y dedicación.

“Quelques craintes lors de ma réservation, car l'agence est récente ! Mais au final, tout s'est très bien passé. L'agence est réactive et l'appartement "Valls" est mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Un super Erasmis "a tope" :)

Sono seri professionali e disponibilissimi, specialmente Enzo che mi ha aiutato passo dopo passo nella mia prenotazione e adesso sono contento di vivere in uno dei loro splendidi appartamenti con 4 ragazzi europei .

The best agency in Valencia. The staff has been proved to be professional, very helpful during my accomodation and has provided excellent services! The flat was in excellent condition, newly renovated, modern, and fully equipped. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would wish to stay in a relaxing environment at a very affordable price!

Το καλύτερο μεσιτικό πρακτορείο στη Βαλένθια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ κατά τη διαμονή μου εκεί. Επίσης, ήταν οι μόνοι που ενέκριναν τη διαμονή μου για το πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα που ήθελα. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα και εννοείται το συνιστώ σε οποιοδήποτε θέλει να μεινει σε ένα ευχάριστο και μοντερνο περιβάλλον, με ολες τις ανεσεις, σε μια πολυ προσιτή τιμή!

I would like to thank Valencia House for such an amazing time spent in Valencia.
The apartment provided by them was very well equipped with everything needed and in perfect condition, also the location of apartment was very convenient- only 3min walking from metro, close to university and not too far from the beach, surrounded by many grocery shops and cafes.
The staff of Valencia House was always very helpful and always ready to help with any question and problems. I can definitely recommend this apartment as perfect choice for your stay in Valencia!

Apartamenti bija ļoti labi iekārtoti, ar visam nepieciešamām vajadzībām, ka arī perfektu lokalizāciju 3min attāluma no metro, tuvu universitātei un netālu no jūras.
Aģentūras darbinieki ļoti atsaucīgi un vienmēr gatavi palīdzēt ar jebkādiem jautājumiem vai problēmām.
Noteikti, varu ieteikt šos apartamentus kā perfektu izvēli! :)

I was really happy to have booked a room via Valencia House. The agency is very well organised and the team was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment and especially my room were very nice, the neighborhood was exactly as I imagined. I am also very grateful that Valencia House helped me a lot at the beginning of the Covid 19 crisis and made my very much sooner as planned leaving possible. It was a gift being in such good hands!
Ich kann Valencia House nur weiterempfehlen! Das Team ist sehr zuverlässig, kompentent und war jederzeit bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir mit meinen Anliegen weiterzuhelfen. Die Wohnung und mein Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und schön, die Nachbarschaft angenehm ruhig und sehr nah am Meer , was die Lage ziemlich cool macht! Auch bei meiner vorzeitigen Abreise wegen der Coronakrise war Valencia House überaus hilfsbereit, wofür ich in dieser Situation sehr dankbar war.

Valencia House seamlessly eliminated all anxiety towards finding an affordable, opulent flats to reside in. In my instance I was an international student from the United States, stressing about locating apartments in another country. However, Valencia House’s nonchalant, patient, and empathetic demeanor alleviated any doubts right away. Their punctual notifications and responses are a major contributor towards the easy process and not to mention booking apartments. The website allows you to book any available rooms and with out any circuitous procedures. The representatives contact you immediately and want to help you find a place to live. Das Verfahren ein Zimmer in #Greenbuilding zu buchen war sehr angenehm. Man hat sofort Antworten auf seine Fragen bekommen und das Prinzip hinter der ganzen Buchung war recht klar. Natürlich ist man erstmal skeptisch, wenn man nur Modelle von den Räumen sieht und nicht richtige Fotos, aber durch die Garantie, dass das Gebäude gerade erst fertiggestellt wird und der größte Teil des Betrages erst bei Einzug gezahlt werden muss, macht es das ganze recht glaubwürdig. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen diese Art der Unterkunft zu versuchen, da das Konzept sehr zukunftsorientiert ist und man so gute Gemeinschaft erleben kann.
The process of booking a room in #Greenbuilding was very pleasant. You got answers to your questions immediately and the principle behind the whole booking was quite clear. Of course, you are skeptical at first when you only see models of the rooms and not real photos, but with the guarantee that the building is just being finished and most of the amount has to be paid when you move in, it makes the whole thing quite credible. I can only recommend everyone to try this kind of accommodation, because the concept is very future-oriented and you can experience good community.

Tuve una excelente relación de amistad con mis compañeros de piso, la cual conservo, incluso después de haberme marchado del piso. La muchacha de la agencia es espectacular, además de ser muy buena persona nos brinda un servicio de primera y siempre está al tanto de todo lo que falta en el piso. Una experiencia muy fructífera en dicha renta en mi etapa de estudiante. Muy recomendable.😊

Jeg har boet et semester (forår 2023) i en super fin lejlighed administreret af Valencia House. Da vi skulle ansøge var de hurtige om at svare og meget forstående overfor vores bekymringer, da vi havde hørt om andre studerende der var blevet snydt. Heldigvis så kan man stole på Valencia House, og de har gennem hele mit ophold været gode til at svare og til at finde løsninger hvis problemer har været opstået i lejligheden. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dem nok! Lejlighederne er super fine og ligger i et godt område tæt på universitetet, stranden og centrum. Som et ekstra plus er priserne også super gode - vi boede billigere end mange andre studerende. Super god oplevelse, jeg kan 100% anbefale at leje et værelse gennem Valencia House.
I’ve lived in a very nice apartment administrated by Valencia House for a semester (spring 2023). When we applied for the apartment, the team were quick to reply and very understanding of our concerns about scammers. Luckily, Valencia House is very trustworthy and they have throughout my whole stay been good and quick at replying and also good at finding solutions. I cannot recommend them enough. The apartments are very nice and located very well close to the city center, the beach and the university. Furthermore, they are very fairly priced compared to other housing solutions. A very good experience that I can recommend 100%

Valencia House tarjoaa hinta-laatu suhteeltaan hyviä asuntoja Valenciassa. Asuntojen etsiminen netin välityksellä on aina pelottavaa, mutta nämä asunnot ovat olemassa. Kuvat ovat aidot ja kommunikaatio yrityksen välillä sujui mutkitta. Kun varasin asuntoa, en ollut täysin varma sen olemassa olosta, mutta paikalle päästyäni olin helpottunut löytäessäni oikean asunnon! Vaihto-opintoihin nämä asunnot ovat loistavia eikä minulla ollut asumiseen liittyen mitään murheita koko vaihtoaikanani.
Valencia House is offering good rooms for affordable prices. Looking for rooms/apartments online is always daunting but I can assure that these apartments do really exist. The pictures are legit and communication with the agency is effortless and fast. To be honest, when I was renting this apartment from Finland, I wasn’t completely sure that it existed but when I arrived in Valencia I was so relieved to find a real house! For exchange studies, these apartments are perfect and I didn’t have any housing related problems during my entire stay in Valencia!
Jestem bardzo zadowolona ze współpracy z Valencia House, która umożliwiła mi wynajęcie pokoju na jeden miesiąc, a znalezienie lokum na tak krótki czas nie było łatwe. Dziękuję za sprawny przebieg procesu zakwaterowania, pomoc oraz możliwość stałego kontaktu w razie jakichkolwiek pytań. Wynajmowane przez mnie studio było dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach i mieszkanie tam było komfortowe.
Valencia house znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko.
I am really content with the cooperation with Valencia House which enabled me to rent a room for one month stay and that wasn’t easy
to find a place for that short period of time. I want to thank the agency for smooth accommodation process, help and possibility of constant contact in case of any questions.
The studio I rented was exactly like in the photos and living there was comfortable. Valencia house is in really great localisation it is close to everywhere.
